Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples, an American singer and actress. Her most well-known role was her role as Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012), and Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). She also played the lead character Jerrica Jem Benton in the feature film Jem and the Holograms (2015). Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary in Florida with the mother and father Wendy Ashley and Wendy Ashley. There is a sibling called Ally. Aubrey was a part-time performer for ten years with Orlando Repertory Theatre. Aubrey graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she spoke as the valedictory speech of the 2012 class. Harvard University was willing to accept her. However, she turned down the offer twice. The second time was because she wanted to perform in Nashville. Peeples starred in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally & Ally & Alley (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and NecessaryRoughness (1991) as guest star. She was in two made-for-television films, Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). She was a major player on the Nashville series in which she played Layla Grant. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in an interview she gave to NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples on September 14, 2014, as being one of the top American young actors.
